The National Library have selected online resources to help teachers when they need online information relating to popular curriculum based topics. To make sure the resources are appropriate the National Library have used the following standard criteria.

Accuracy

Is the content (facts, grammar and spelling) free from errors, and easy to find your way through

Authority

Is it clear who wrote or published the content?

Coverage

Does the site give you enough topic breadth and depth at the right level?

Currency

Is the content up-to-date, and is there any way of telling?

Objectivity

Is the information accurate, balanced and also free of intrusive commercialism.
