For detection and management of suspected pandemic influenza cases

Process

1.     The school’s pandemic manager receives a call from a person suspecting they may have influenza, or from a staff member who has noticed a child who may be ill.

2.     Avoid contact with the sick person if possible and manage the process over the telephone.
